现代人提倡健康饮食,色香味俱全的素粽子越来越受欢迎。

素粽材料有:
红枣, 莲子, 蘑菇, 白果,枸杞子,莲子,栗子,黑芝麻和糙米。

请力行护生、不食众生肉,来解救它们的痛苦


一切生命最宝贵的就是他生命的体性。
放生,就是要解放生命的痛苦,
并不单只是为了得到功德利益而去放生。
从佛陀给我们的教义思想,
让我们了解生命是平等的,
生命只是按照个人的业报不同,
而产生了不一样的轮回形式;
以人类而言,虽然都是人,
但也个个命运不相同。
除了人类以外,大家常看到的生命
也有很多种型态,比如:鱼、鸡、
鸭、蛇、蟑螂、蚂蚁……等。
这些都是生命,而且无论物命体型是大是小,
那种贪生惧死的心情和人类是一样的。
